Owner of this business is so genuine and kind, I had a great conversation with him. And the coffee! Amazing flavor! I got a caramel latte that I'll be dreaming about. Also ordered the sourdough cinnamon rolls, that were so yummy! This will be our go to coffee spot when we come to visit Redmond! Thank you.😊

A hidden jewel- we met the owner Carson and he gave us great local tips in addition to great original blends. We had the flock of seagulls and monkey business. My mom is forever in search of decaf options. He brewed her an original blend with so much flavor. He had organic purées- wow wow wow. My son said the whipped cream was by far the best around!

I ordered a mango-banana-buckwheat honey smoothie and a four-berry smoothie with local wildflower honey and they were 10/10! All organic whole fruits. I also bought a bagel bomb. Everything was so delicious, I highly recommend Rockin' Roasters!

Great coffee, amazing people! Stopped here on our way to Smith Rock and the coffee was delicious! We got an organic caramel latte with oat-milk and it was perfect. I was actually surprised they had oat-milk instead of soy, that is a giant plus for me! We also got an Affogato because our friend recommended it and it did not disappoint. The Sisters Coffee they serve was perfect and the ice cream made everything creamy and delicious. Highly recommend and we will be back next time we are in Redmond! Thanks Carson for being awesome!

The owner, Carson, was great to chat with while he made my drink. I ordered the Flock of Seagulls. It was a delicious mixture of vanilla, cardamom & great coffee in a latte. I would recommend this great little place to anyone!
