Baby Goat Coffeehouse

I've been a customer of Baby Goat / Laughing Goat for years - it's the only place I buy my coffee beans. I never had bad service until today. I arrived today, Saturday, at Baby Goat and asked to have a bag of beans ground for espresso. It was 2:25pm. They close at 3pm. I asked if I could please have my beans ground. The young woman behind the counter told me she had already cleaned the grinder for the day and she couldn't do it. .... When I first drove up to the building, I had noticed that the two female employees were spraying the tables, wiping down surfaces and restocking and organizing the coffee station. They looked like they at closing time, and I deliberately looked at my watch - 2:25pm - because I wondered if I got the closing time wrong. No, they close at 3pm and it was 2:25pm. How long does it take to "clean a grinder"? Why was it already shut down so early? Very, very, very disappointing service. Maybe I need to rethink where I buy my coffee after all these years.

I’ve had to get repairs at Hoshi Motors twice and instead of waiting at home, I spent my time at Baby Goat which is in the same building as Hoshi. Great staff, wonderful coffee and a super chill vibe. I got more work done there than I typically do at home!

Had a great experience with the staff here and they were really helpful with balancing my “for here” order and my “to go” order. This may be my new go to place when I’m in east Boulder. Outstanding Americano also…

Awesome place. Great coffee. Glad they reopened. The staff is always very kind and efficient. Definitely would recommend. I wish they still had scones. Those were my favorite thing to get in the morning.

The staff was really nice (and super patient with my kiddos asking a million questions). The food and drinks were DELICIOUS. Nice and clean, too! Can't wait to go back. The white chocolate lavender latte is a delight! It tasted wonderful and was beautifully presented. My new favorite coffee shop.
