Teleo Coffee
132 W Monroe Ave, Clayton, MO
Crema's Take
“Teleo is a charming cottage-style coffee shop where the baristas remember regulars and craft thoughtfully-named drinks like the "Love Your Neighbor" latte, complete with heart-shaped latte art, that match their genuinely warm Midwestern hospitality. The patio becomes an irresistible retreat as soon as the weather permits, and their commitment to inclusivity shines through details like gluten-free brownies and attentive staff who guide you through creative menu options while gentle music sets a calming backdrop. Whether you're lingering over a pastry or ducking in between errands, Teleo feels less like a coffee transaction and more like visiting friends who happen to make excellent coffee.”

This was a very cute coffee shop. I got the “love your neighbor” latte, which was a great name and very tasty. They served it in a mug with heart shaped latte art. I also got a cranberry orange scone, and that was really tasty. The tables really only fit 1-2 people, so it’s not great for a huge group, but you could always get your drink to-go as well. Overall, this is a great choice.
Great coffee! Atmosphere is terrific as they play gentle , calming music! Staff recalls individuals and will provide helpful information on the menu. They provide gluten-free brownies. See photos for more on the picturesque views.
Adorable little cottage coffee shop with a patio that calls my name the second temps hit 60 degrees. Popped in for a quick coffee to fuel some real estate shopping and somehow walked out with eight energy balls. Shoutout to the dude in front of me for the accidental peer pressure. Zero regrets.
I’m dog sitting in Kirkwood right now, so I decided to take full advantage of all the delicious restaurants around me…I found Teleo on Google and decided to give it a shot. It was delicious! The iced lavender vanilla latte was so good, but the real star was the breakfast sandwich…one of the best breakfast sammies I’ve ever had!! Still swooning over it. They even cut it into quarters for me “to make it easier to drive” since I ordered it to-go! SO thoughtful and it definitely made it way easier to eat while driving! 10/10.
As a coffee lover from Seattle, I’ve been to plenty of great spots—but there’s something special about Teleo. It’s got that Midwestern warmth that sets it apart. The coffee isn’t just good—it’s built around community, with a family-style vibe that makes you want to linger. Plenty of space to relax, both inside and out, and the cozy interior makes it feel like home.
