Rise & Vine

Staff is very polite and the pastries are to die for (top favorite is the lemon poppyseed). So happy they expanded their business! I got the beer-cuterie board to share. It is a savory dish with pretzels, delicious cheese, and some sweet cashews. I loved that they made the charcuterie board look all pretty. This dish has an excellent flavor of food that mixes very well together. I can’t wait to come back and try more! Perfect place for a cozy date or a girls day, maybe even a study group. We held an after-hours surprise party for my wife’s birthday at Rise and Vine with about 20 guests. The charcuterie boards were excellent as was the service! Quality wine and local brews were available. A perfect venue for 20 or more people at a reasonable price.

I went to the grand opening of Rise & Vine and had such a great experience. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting, and the food was genuinely excellent. You can tell a lot of care went into both the menu and the space. The service was especially friendly and made the whole night feel relaxed and welcoming. It is the kind of place you immediately start thinking about coming back to before you even leave. If you are looking for a new spot in Fort Collins with great food, great drinks, and a comfortable vibe, Rise & Vine is absolutely worth a visit. I will definitely be back.

Rented the cafe out after hours to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday party and it was a blast! The charcuterie boards were beautiful and delicious accompanied by quality wine. Atmosphere was hip and cozy, we had 20 guests but it easily would accommodate twice that. Can't wait to go back and try the breakfast sandwiches!

I’m very excited for Rise and Vine! They have taken what was there before and amplified the decor and vibe. I live very close and am happy to have a cafe and wine bar so close. I had breakfast there and they had delicious pastries and chai. I can’t wait to try the wine and charcuterie.
