Night Swim Coffee

I love night swim coffee. It’s my preferred locally roasted coffee to buy for home. They have great light roasts. I’ve worked remotely from this location and it was very chill. I was able to discretely take a call and didn’t feel disturbed or like I was disturbing others.

Night Swim has established itself as the best coffee roaster in Charlotte. Their lattes and cappuccinos are consistent across all seven locations--with each extraction tasting exactly the same, allowing the coffee's nuances to emerge through a rich creamy milk foam. In recognition of their well deserved acclaim, I visited all 7 branches throughout the city. Every location possesses a distinct architectural identity, yet all are unified by the central aesthetic of refined minimalism--clean lines, thoughtful seat placement, and sophisticated materiality that reflects their understanding in the delivery of that highly coveted contemporary café experience.

I loved the vibe of this coffee shop! clean, aesthetic, and beautifully minimal. Their Colombian beans are solid and well-balanced. Personally, I prefer a stronger espresso shot, and this one felt a bit lighter for my taste. That said, during a five-day trip, I visited twice — which says a lot. It’s a great option for tourists who want to explore different flavor profiles and experience a thoughtfully curated coffee concept. Overall, really good energy and a space I’d happily return to.

Stopped by Night Swim Coffee on a Monday at noon- place was empty, which made it perfect to get some work done. Plenty of seating: small desks for solo work and larger tables if you're meeting someone. I had the caramel latte, and it was really good. Free street parking right on the side. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was so excited when I found out Night Swim Coffee opened near me. I absolutely love their coffee and they always have amazing service! I had a cold brew with oat milk and their maple cardamom syrup. It was delicious. My boyfriend had their homemade coffee cake and really loved it. I only wish we could bring the dogs inside, but they have a decent outside area! Will definitely go back!
