Crema's Take

Theory Coffee Company nails the art of doing less but doing it exceptionally well—their focused menu highlights expertly pulled espresso drinks and thoughtful seasonal creations like their spiced-forward pumpkin latte, where the coffee flavor never gets lost. The vibe here strikes that perfect balance between a quick caffeine stop and a genuine gathering spot, backed by staff who clearly care and a consistent commitment to freshly brewed excellence that keeps regulars coming back weekend after weekend.

I hadn’t heard of Theory Coffee although came across it this morning when in the area and in need of early morning coffee. The menu wasn’t extensive, but it didn’t have to be—the coffee was AMAZING. The location is at an old gas station with a clever permanent design for a coffee trailer with friendly service and fast moving lines. As an added bonus, they featured Bakery Lorraine baked goods.

I’ve been a customer for a long time and I can say that you can’t never go wrong with Theory. Quick service, kind staff, great atmosphere makes Theory a better coffee place than the others. Thank you guys!

Tried their seasonal pumpkin spice latte, I like that it was more 'spice' than pumpkin flavor. Creamy coffee that still has a strong enough coffee flavor! Pastries also available but I didn't try any due to their being other food trucks in the parking lot offering breakfast. Outdoor shaded seating available.

Always good, 10/10 for coffee, service, and atmosphere. I go here whenever I can if I'm close by on the weekends. They get a bit busy at various times, but the coffee is always freshly brewed, and service is great. They get their pastries from Art of Donut (or at least they did a few years ago) and they usually have an assortment that is different (but delicious) every time. If I could give them 11 stars I would.
