Crema's Take

Full Stop proves that a gas station coffee spot can be genuinely excellent, serving Ritual Coffee alongside inventive seasonal drinks and a surprisingly robust menu that satisfies everyone from bagel-and-lox seekers to creative vegan diners. The atmosphere strikes that rare balance of being both a casual pit stop and a genuine destination where locals and visitors linger over avocado toast and excellent breakfast, with staff who clearly care about making your visit memorable.

We were trying to place out because it was recommended to us and I was a little disappointed it’s just a coffee place with a gas station. They do serve breakfast, the burrito my husband had was pretty good and my chai tea was really good. But my avocado toast was not what I thought that’s why I wanted to go there. As we walked in the 30° weather here in Kentucky and got to try out something different

This spot is a must if you’re visiting Louisville, great coffee and amazing breakfast options. My favorite was the bagel with salmon and cream cheese. They also offer cool seasonal coffee options. I’ll definitely be coming back :).

Can’t say enough positive things about this place! Great atmosphere and great service. My white chai tea and avocado toast were amazing! We’ll be back.

Great first experience here, they have Ritual Coffee which is always great and they had plenty of food options for my husband and I to choose from. The avocado toast was delicious, I’ve never had it with the black bean hummus and that was a nice twist. My husband loved the sausage burrito but ate it too fast for me to get a picture, lol.

This was my favorite stop in Kentucky (we were visiting from Michigan) esp as a vegan there were so many options. My garlic ‘beef’ sandwich was the best vegan sandwich I’ve ever had. Their fridge section and store section had great items too. I was able to find gifts to bring home and craft beer from the area. They also sold Be-Hive vegan cold cuts which I was super excited about. Can’t wait to come back here on my next visit 🤩
