This is my new spot for breakfast/ brunch!!! The vibes are on point. There’s always a black show on TV, black music, and you just feel good! The food is seasoned to perfection. The customer service is friendly and I love how they say “Welcome to Blak Koffee” anytime someone walks in the door!
A very nice spot to chill and have some food and a drink. We loved the white mocha latte and coleman loves smoothie. One of the best drinks we've had from a Louisville coffee shop! Would 100% recommend. We need to go again and try the food next! I'm sure it'd be delicious as well.
This place is SO nice. I will definitely be back. The price point is a little high on some food items but I love that they have gluten-free options and dairy free options for my coffee. There's a counter as soon as you walk in with flyers and posters about a events but what I loved most was there was a journal. You could write encouraging notes for other people and I love that. There's also two little books where you csn sit and work or read. I'll be back with my kiddos again. Very chill place and I was able to run in and grab a bite before school started. Whoever did the decor gets a gold star.
This coffee shop has become my sanctuary in the city. From the moment I first stepped inside, Roderick and Brianca greeted me with which such a warmth and kindness! The décor is a work of art—every corner whispers intention, every detail carries beauty. When the owner came to thank me for visiting, I had to tell him how the whole place feels alive with uplifting energy. He smiled and credited his wife —the space feels touched by love. The vision is really felt, as a minority I feel seen and inspired from the moment I walk in. And then, the flavors. Each sip, each bite ✨💫💕. The Blak Girl Magic latte, the creamy Matcha Latte, the perfectly crafted meals. My favs is the omelette for breakfast and the wraps for lunch. The chef’s talent shines through every plate. I love treating our office with their pastry. This isn’t just a coffee shop. It’s a place where hospitality, artistry, and flavor meet to create something unforgettable. ✨
A super cute and cozy place! Plus, I love that it's Black Owned! My Mom and I visited on trip from IL for the weekend - I ordered the lavender honey latte and she ordered a smoothie (wish I could remember which one!) Service was quick, the drinks were delish and worth the money, and the overall vibe of the place was well worth the stop in! 10/10 would definitely return! There's also street parking, which we didn't have to pay for.
