Kilates Coffee Roasting Company

Crema's Take
“Kilates is a roastery-café tucked inside Cabana Pantry that's earned serious respect for its espresso program and single-origin selections like their celebrated Sudan Rume natural. The baristas here—particularly knowledgeable folks like Katia—genuinely enjoy sharing their expertise while crafting thoughtful pour overs and cold brews, making it feel less like a transaction and more like a coffee conversation with someone who cares. It's the kind of clean, aesthetically lovely space where you can linger over a lavender honey cold brew or watch your drink come together with real intention.”

This shop is just lovely. The staff is super knowledgeable about the product they sell. Their Sudan Rume is the best natural I’ve ever had. The store is extremely clean. They have the most delightful pastries. I had an oatmeal raisin cookie and a cortado and they were just divine. They were exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Alternate milks available. I had an almond milk latte. It was slightly bitter. My husband had an americano and said it was smooth. Their pastries looked delicious.
Easily the best coffee shop/roaster I’ve been to so far. Katia was very kind- she shared her knowledge and experience with us freely as she prepared a pour over. My girlfriend also got a cold brew refresher with lavender and honey. I was impressed with how balanced the flavors were. I also bought some recommended beans to try at home. I wish more shops shared the same level of enthusiasm and focus on quality as Kilates. It’s rare to find a great place like this and we will be back.
Such a cute new coffee place with a great vibe. I was recommended the lavender honey cold brew (highly recommend) Slightly sweet and really well-made. The staff was welcoming and super knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain things.Definitely worth a visit!
We happened upon this shop as we are delving into the world of home baristas. We found them as a local coffee roaster. They are inside of the cabana pantry. The coffee corner is aesthetically lovely. I enjoyed my Cortado and hubby enjoyed his double shot from Guatemala single source beans. He then tried the Colombian beans in a pot over. We both thought highly of Kilates and as soon as our grinder comes in from Black Friday shopping we will be back for some beans!
