Woods Coffee

Crema's Take

This Ferndale Woods Coffee location shines as a spacious, genuinely cozy retreat with a fireplace and plenty of seating that actually encourages you to settle in for work or conversation. Their mochas are a standout—rich, delicious chocolate that justifies a visit—and the breakfast menu (breakfast burritos, scones, and bagel bites) delivers satisfying, quality bites alongside solid specialty drinks. Fair warning: WiFi can be spotty and pricing runs a bit high, but the warm service and inviting atmosphere make it worth the occasional study session or casual meet-up with friends.

One of the better woods coffee locations to get some work done. Environment is open, with the only caveat being that the WiFi is sometimes slow. Still a go-to spot for studying or laptop work.

Woods coffee used to be my absolute favorite. I used to come here twice a day. But since they changed a bunch of things, it's gone way down hill. They used to prioritize customer experience but now they only prioritize profits. The breakfast burrito tastes like a hot dog wrapped in cardboard (I used to get it daily before they changed the recipe). The internet is unbearably slow, even when there's only one person using it (1.5 mb). And corporate is kind of rude whenever you make a complaint. I still like the coffee! But everything else is a dumpster fire. I'd really like my favorite coffee shop back. Wes, please fix it.

Love, love, love the mochas. Their chocolate is delicious. Also have had only good experiences with breakfast burritos, scones, and bagel bites… very satisfying!

Almost $6 for a small hot chocolate, beyond overpriced. Would be better off setting proper prices for product served instead of taking advantage of consumers by being a greedy business. A $6 small hot chocolate price tag is unjustifiable even with today’s market and supply chain. Could easily make 20+ of those at home with grocery store ingredients for less and healthier ingredients too.

Very nice and clean location with ample seating, a fireplace, and all around cozy vibes. Service was warm and friendly.
