Crema's Take
“Maas Coffee Roasters is a tight-knit roastery where the espresso and pour overs genuinely shine, backed by a team that takes their craft seriously enough to nail specialty drinks like their standout vanilla iced lattes. The charming backyard setup with covered seating and swings under arbors creates an unexpectedly intimate escape from the typical Destin tourist scene, perfect for lingering over a cup or getting work done without the cookie-cutter coffee shop feeling. It's small, unpretentious, and the kind of place locals rave about because the coffee quality and genuine atmosphere actually live up to the hype.”

BEST coffee I had in the Destin area, hands down. Roaster. Great vibe. Really good coffee. Atmosphere was good to hang out or work too. Worth a try if you are in the area.
Fantastic tasting coffee. The interior is quite small with limited seating. There is more seating out back woth covering adna small garden. The parking is out back, so circle around at the light and take the street behind. It's not an alley, but a full street.
Maas Coffee Roasters has serious potential. My first visit left a strong impression — the vanilla iced latte was one of the best I’ve ever had: smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Unfortunately, the next two visits didn’t quite match that magic. The same drink tasted noticeably different, leaning toward bland, which I suspect might be due to different baristas preparing it. Still, the atmosphere is great, and when they hit the mark, it’s exceptional. I’m hopeful they’ll tighten up consistency because when it’s good, it’s really good.
Visited this place on a whim. It's a tiny little shop, with amazing coffee and the barista had mad foam drawing skills. Several small tables out back, or some swings under arbors are also available in the rear. The Teddy coffee creation was delectable, just the right amount of sweetness and amazing coffee flavor. Others in my group loved their coffee as well. We didn't try the pastries, but they looked delicious. Highly recommend!
This is a tiny little shop next to the road alongside other shops. There are so many different types of coffee they grind fresh there. I liked the atmosphere as it reminded me of a small coffee spot I've been to overseas. The barista was super chill but not very helpful as I told her it was my first time. I see the menu ma'am that explains the drinks...I need an interpreter for toddlers when it comes to trying to make a replica of my normal corprate coffee chain order. Anyway, there is small outside area to sit and eat as well. Over all the coffee was pretty good and it got the job done.
