Crema's Take

Tango 3 is a cozy neighborhood gem in the Blue Water Bay area where serious espresso craft meets genuinely welcoming hospitality—regulars rave about returning again and again, and the roasters clearly take pride in both their pour overs and their pastries. The small, clean space strikes that rare balance of being intimate enough for focused coffee appreciation but comfortable enough for lingering over breakfast sandwiches and conversation, with ample parking making it an easy stop for locals and visitors alike.

Visiting a business nearby, was early, so I asked if there was a place nearby I could get coffee and Tango 3 was recommended. When I walked in, was clean and 2 people working. To my surprise, a very pleasant young woman assisted me, gave me some options and then I was interacted with young man, who was also pleasant. So the reason for the high rating was instead of just pointing to the screen to order I felt like a customer, instead of coffee put on counter I was interacting with a person, instead of a regular coffee (which I make better than 90% of businesses)I received an excellent quality coffee and additionally some pastries for the people I was meeting. TY, success wishes

I really enjoy this cozy coffee spot in Niceville. I'll genuinely miss visiting since I don’t live nearby anymore. It was actually my kids' pediatric dentist who recommended Tango 3 Coffee to me. I’m giving it 4 stars because I haven't tried their breakfast yet, but their lattes are absolutely wonderful!

Most importantly, my iced vanilla latte was bitter. I don't mind a bold coffee bitter flavor in a cafe latte, but when adding vanilla, the bitterness shouldn't still overpower the vanilla flavor. Second, the experience. I'm not sure what this place is going for? Warm mom and pop craft coffee or corporate disassociation... I walked in and was greeted while they worked which is nice. However, I'm then left to order on a kiosk and explore it on my own. The machine has difficulties reading my card so I'm just stuck there struggling to get the thing to accept my payment. Any place that makes me figure out their POS (point of sale) system on my own is going to get a lower tip automatically. I don't work here, don't make me. Finally, the price. $7.50 for large iced latte is just too much. Add in a normal 15% tip and you're asking me to pay $8.50+ for a bitter drink that I had to put the order in myself as a default. I don't know if the food is as good as it looks but I came here for coffee. I get better customer service and pricing from Starbucks... Which is crazy to say of a small business.

Lovely cafe in the Blue Water Bay area. Went here for breakfast and loved it. The sandwiches had delicious flavors and good quality. I would absolutely go here again. The only reason I gave 4 stars versus 5, was the coffee and very strong. I ordered a latte and couldn’t taste any of the flavors, as it was overpowered by very dark coffee. Some people might love that, but way to much for my wife and I. Otherwise a wonderful little spot.

The coffee is delicious and I loved my turkey brunch croissant breakfast sandwich. It's small and cozy with a lot of parking. It's a convenient little spot off the main road. Everyone who worked there was friendly and kind.
