Very! Very!! Disappointing!!! I came to check it out because of the 5 stars ⭐️ reviews but I don’t know who is reviewing this place because it doesn’t deserve 5 star yet! I noticed that most reviews were based on their pastries 🥐 and yes!! I’m agreeing with those reviews because the pastries were delicious 😋 unfortunately they are a coffee shop and they are not serving good coffee. My wife ice coffee was just ice and water xx barely coffee in it and my latte was just milk :(. I didn’t taste the coffee in my latte. I know coffee is more expensive now cuz of the tariffs but you are charging about $4 dollars plus tax for one cup of “coffee “ that tastes like hot 🥛 hot milk!! Very disappointing, doesn’t deserve the five stars for the coffee but “yes” five stars for the pastries only. Please put more coffee in your drinks that way you can actually say that you are selling coffee.

Simply The Best!! Baked Goods, Breakfasts, Lunches, are all just simply delicious and always very flavorful! Patty, Nunzio, and all always provide great service and create a Family Atmosphere! I Highly Recommend Effe Cafe!!

This place is unbelievable. The breakfast burrito hit the spot. Huge burrito. Coffee on point. And the best of all, the pastries looked amazing so I grabbed a pb&j turnover. Its incredible. One of the best pastries ive ever had. This place is awesome and the prices are not bad at all!

Great cafe for coffee and pastries. The pistachio pinwheel was the star and highly recommended. Don’t expect comfortable chairs to lounge. Effe is in a gas station with take away option only. Don’t let that deter you, the great food and service is worth the trip.

Effe Cafe is an absolute must try.. and keep coming back, because it is truly addictive! From their fresh buttery croissants to their ever-changing savory specials- Effe Cafe is a true local find. My mom and I have introduced their food to so many people, and it is always a hit. I’d encourage anyone to go in, try something new, and have a nice chat while you wait for some super delicious treats!
