Crema's Take
“Chef Daniel's tableside Venezuelan coffee service transforms your pour over into theater—grinding beans right in front of you while arepas and milhojas (those impossibly flaky pastry-cream-and-dulce-de-leche layers) emerge fresh from the in-house bakery. This is where the 30A crowd goes for authentic Venezuelan flavors that actually taste like they belong on a Caracas corner, not a tourist menu, backed by a 4.9-star reputation that's earned itself in just months. Come for the coffee ritual, stay for the golfeados and fresh-squeezed sugarcane juice that'll make you forget you're in Florida.”
What to expect
Known for their pour-over program. A slow-sit, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Pastries and light food on the menu.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. They have great arepas and I really enjoyed eating there. The chef Daniel treated us good and gave us good service, left me wanting to get it again in our future trips here.
If you’re in 30A and craving authentic Venezuelan food, Caribe and Crumb is seriously a hidden gem. This place is brand new, beautifully located, and honestly one of the best little finds around here. I’ve been visiting 30A for over 30 years, and it’s genuinely so exciting to…
Caribe and Crumb is a hidden gem along 30A that deserves every bit of praise it gets. From the moment we walked in, the owners made us feel like family, warm, genuine, and clearly passionate about what they do. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it made the whole experience…
Outstanding cakes and the best miloja we've had outside South America. Amazingly, they also have fresh squeezed sugar cane juice with lemon - super refreshing for the summer. Their pour over coffee is also outstanding. It's not cheap, but really unique for Santa Rosa and tasty.
OMG. I must try. This is a new Venezuelan bakery and lunch restaurant. Baked fresh on site. The ham and gouda cheese filled roll was perfect. They have a table side ground Venezuelan coffee service. The coffee was so smooth. They will be adding an Arepa station with various…
AMAZING PLACE! The food, service, and atmosphere were great. I ordered two desserts: Milhojas a dessert filled with pastry cream and dulce de leche, and Golfeado a traditional Venezuelan sticky bun made with cheese. Everything is made from scratch, and the owners serve you…
