Crema's Take
“This Knoxville spot is a warm gathering place where the team genuinely remembers you and takes time to guide you through their impressive variety of creative specialty drinks and matcha creations. The owners and staff—Tay, Zander, Ak, and Amber get specific mentions—create a homey atmosphere that makes every visit feel personal rather than transactional, and they're consistently stocked with the flavors and extras (like custom cup covers) that show they care about the details.”

They are always never out of anything and so very nice -plus drinks are amazing! There’s little extra stuff you can get here as well like cup covers and straw covers. It’s amazing 💕
The guy at the front was so helpful and friendly! I told him I’d never been and gave him a few flavors I like to help me narrow it down from the MANY flavors and varieties they have. He made me a drink that was exactly what I was looking for. So yummy and refreshing after my workout. Definitely will be going back!
The owners of this place are hostile towards homeless people who have nowhere else to go. I understand you may think the homeless are worthless, but they're people who are struggling and who have literally nothing. Put yourself in their shoes before you decide to report them. What would you do if you had nowhere else to go? Have a heart and some empathy. And if you don't like it then move out of Fountain City. Your attitude towards the homeless makes me wonder about your attitude to other minorities in general. Seems a bit hateful in my opinion. Know who you're supporting before you buy. Go to la michoacana next door for better service and better food/drinks!!! Edit: funny how so many generic positive reviews are popping up now that I've posted a little truth about you and your business. Scared it will make you look bad? You should be. Treating people badly isn't sustainable, especially in the service industry. There's also no reason to mention you're Christian (referencing a separate review that was posted to "counter" mine). What does that have to do with anything? You think being Christian makes you a good person? Sorry to burst your bubble, but being a good person makes you a good person. Sounds like you need some self-reflection. Touting your Christianity isn't the win you think it is, it just shows that you use your religion to evade accountability. I understand wanting to keep your business clean and safe, but you don't need to report every homeless person who steps foot in the parking lot and does nothing to impact your business. I also know this business has called the police on individuals sleeping in their cars, not because you're worried about them or want to help them as you claim, but to force them to move... when they already have nowhere else to go and aren't impacting your business or its functionality at all. Maybe if you had to sleep outside or in your car for a few nights you might understand how your actions contribute to systemic injustices against underserved communities
Some of the best people work literally right in this tea shop. Rather it’s Tay, Zander, Ak or Amber…. They make you feel right at home. I’ve never went in & left feeling rushed or even given a bad drink suggestion. Erin you have an amazing staff. NEVER get rid of this bunch. ♥️
I absolutely love this nutrition spot! They offer a great variety of teas, shakes, and protein snacks, and they always go the extra mile to ensure you’re satisfied. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain different ingredients, which I really appreciate. My favorite loaded tea flavors so far are Cherry Jolly Rancher, Unicorn, and Strawberry Jolly Rancher. I can’t wait to try more!
