The coffee just was not good, tasted like milk with a splash of coffee. very expensive, and the servers seemed uninterested and annoyed. Definitely better options.

Great coffee, and amazing pastries. For some reason, they add a $2 charge onto everything as a "tip" that you must manually remove. It's really awkward and makes me think that the owner doesn't pay their employees enough. I work on Pearl St, and there are plenty of other coffee shops that don't engage in fraudulent practices, so I'll be going to them instead. Re: owner response, if you remove the $2 default tip, I’d be happy to come back.

I’ve tasted Bona coffee at Sanitas before, as a coffee enthusiast I visited their new location this weekend and again I had an exceptional experience! Barista was friendly, coffee one more time perfectly brewed and the food delicious. My new favorite coffee shop for sure!

Gross. Threw it away and went somewhere else. Pastry tasted days old, coffee was average.
