Great customer service . So many places to sit and clean restrooms. Lots of parking nearby and the locations is great. So many shops and restaurants nearby. Very delicious 🤤 coffee and treat . I can’t wait to come back .

Just had the most amazing experience at Philz! If you're looking for a perfect hot mocha and a delicious bacon breakfast burrito, this is the place to go! The coffee was just what I needed on this chilly day and the burrito was fresh and satisfying. The staff was so friendly and the service was quick despite the crowd. The restrooms were clean and designed for everyone. Overall, a great spot to grab a bite when you're in a rush. I’m so glad I found this place! It is so cute and I love that their cold drinks are in typical “hot drink” cups. It actually makes drinking coffee without a straw way more accessible. Their cold brew was yum as well as their plant based breakfast sandwich. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors.

I ordered a Medium, Hot, Black Philtered Soul coffee today with 1 Stevia. When I picked up my order I took a sip and it tasted like it needed another Stevia. I asked the barista for another Stevia because it did not taste sweet or like Stevia was inside of it. She replied, “oh that was Stevia? I put sugar in it.” I told her that I’m a Type 1 Diabetic. I can NOT have sugar. This could have been life threatening for me if I had drank it without knowing ingested sugar and not had my insulin pen with me. She made me a new coffee, I appreciated that. But this is not a “small” mistake. Especially for an almost $10 coffee. I’ve been a long time Philz fan for over a decade in SF. This was a very scary moment for me.

Mint mojito iced coffee made “the house way” is the best. Such a classic with the creamy sweet flavor topped off well with minty freshness!! I am lactose but this drink doesn’t affect my stomach. I haven’t come here in awhile but it didn’t disappoint and tasted amazing like it always does! It’s hard for me to try another flavor cause the mint tastes too good!! The customer service was great, especially the barista gentleman who made our drink. He was very friendly and told us to take a sip before in case we wanted any changes before leaving. But it was perfect and no change needed! It’s always busy inside here but there are also outdoor seats if you need a quieter spot. Parking is free at the plaza across (with a time limit of course). Pricing here is average. $5.50 something for a small.
