Gotta be fair, they serve the classics. But the flavor is cheap and synthetic. I really came here hoping to find true Swedish desserts. Would not recommend

It’s unfortunate that they require you to order a week ahead for a sandwich cake, or any “specialty cake”. —- Responding to the owner’s comment here: I did *not* need a sandwich cake in less than 24 hours. But I could have used a more timely email response from you, since you require all orders be sent by email only. I drove from another part of town to your cafe to get an answer, of which your counter staff said I “should have ordered a week ago”. Regardless… it’s clear you need to take sandwich cake off your menu, since you don’t make them. Luckily they are super easy and quick to make, so I’ll be making it myself :) I’ve changed my review from 2 stars to 5 stars, as I’m grateful you inspired me to make my own.

Best bakery around! Came for the princess cake, bought a few extras to try out and after trying them immediately ordered all my thanksgiving pies and pastries. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The cranberry pie with almond cream and pear almond cake were gone within minutes at our thanksgiving. Make sure to order in advance for holidays, we almost missed the order window. Recommendations: Princess cake Cranberry pie with almond cream Pear almond tart Swedish biskvier Almond tart Kouign-amann Parking is very easy with plenty of spaces nearby

We came here after a hike on the Beaudry Loop Hike. There's a line waiting to get inside since "only 6 are allowed inside the store at one time", but the line moved pretty. I was told that this is like a traditional Swiss bakery, and the bread looks authentic. I tried the breakfast with Bacon and it was served warm and it was good. I like the outdoor seating area with plenty of seats for a big group. You can get all the condiments for coffee and water in the little station out the door, so it was convenient. Service was great. They brought the coffee and food out.
