Atlanta Bread
484 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC
Crema's Take
“This Asheville location brings genuine warmth and attentiveness to the Atlanta Bread formula, with a notably clean, bright space that's become a local favorite for quick lunches and leisurely breakfasts alike. The staff here shines for their patience and willingness to customize orders, making it equally welcoming whether you're grabbing a croissant on your way out or settling in for a slower conversation over their full breakfast menu. It's the kind of neighborhood spot where the people working there actually seem to care about getting things right, even if the kitchen's consistency with flavor doesn't always match their hospitality.”

Such nice people. Took me forever to order, and I subbed Sunnyside eggs for scrambled whites, and they were patient, accommodating and pleasant. There are a lot of healthy options, and the prices are great. The place is clean, found a nice booth in the sun. I wish they'd open in other location down the road from me.
This has to be the cleanest AB we've ever been in. The employee cleaning and taking care of everyone bragged on all the others in the restaurant. After our experience he had the right to do so. We always stop here when traveling through Asheville.
Beware!!! This place is awful. The manager is especially rude and needs to be retrained how to provide customer service. She is also regularly rude to the staff and the guests. The staff appears to be afraid of her. This is an update to my previous review since the owner clearly came on here to blame me for his staffs horrible service. First of all; I did bring the issue to your staffs attention which is why my comment was speaking about the manager. My order was incorrect completely. I brought this to the attention of the manager. She then proceeded to argue with me. After I paid extra to get the order corrected for something I already paid for she then was speaking in Spanish to one of the other staff and called me a curse word that I will not repeat here. Your restaurant is always empty and I am new in this town but I thought I would try it out. That was a huge mistake. I was trying to support your business that seems to be flailing. After reading other reviews I can see that you have been having these same issues for at least 9 years. No need to reply again, as I highly doubt that you understand how to take accountability. When your doors close; perhaps then you will begin to listen to your customers feedback instead of defending poor business practices.
The best part about our bacon egg and cheese croissants were the croissants. The bacon nor egg had any flavor. Their menu says cold coffee but the cashier said they dont have any , but she could pour espresso over ice. NO...that is not what is on The menu. As for the actual store, the ceiling has tons of brown leak spots all over it. Skip this place if u want BEC croissant and iced coffee. Go to BK
We needed a quick lunch before our drive up to Mt Mitchell and this was the perfect spot for that, they have a fun bright atmosphere, it was clearly a favorite lunch spot for the locals as it was pretty busy. They had gluten free bread so I was able to get a sandwich which was great! My partner got soup and a sandwich and was very pleased with them both.
