Coffee is decent and prices are fair. The turnover is a bummer but drinks are more consistent across baristas here versus other stands.

The latte was ok - a little too sweet for me. I asked for less syrup but it was still too sweet. The reason I am writing this review is because of the payment process. I didn’t appreciate the barista collecting the card for payment and then asking us if we wanted to leave a tip and asked how much we wanted to leave. It was off putting and uncomfortable. She input the tip amount herself on the card reader which was portable and didn’t offer us a receipt. This was our first time here and we won’t be going back.

We were shocked that the 16 oz hot coffee special costs $7.01 🤯 .. As if that price wasn't enough, the exact same product cost a totally different amount another day with different barista 🤔. The prices aren't posted.

Went there with my daughter tonight on Dec 30th 2023 at 4:30 pm was the only customer in line ordered my drink notice the employee was on a very large what may appear to be an iPad on the phone carrying the iPad while making our drink and I noticed that she made it wrong and came back and asked us to verify it. My daughter told her she made it again with a drink that probably should’ve took two minutes to make took 10 minutes because she was on the phone the whole time and using one hand to make the drink and not paying attention to her customers. I called her out on it and I told her I want my drink and I left very bad customer service she’s more focused on her phone conversation, carrying a very large iPad around the store while trying to make my daughters drink and on top of that we finally got the drink she still made it wrong for the second time there supposed to be a topper of cream and no cream in it. I go to the store quite often. Most girls know my order by heart very disappointed in my service I received today. Overall I do love the store but today they rate a one.

This is my go to stand in bonneylake. For the most part all of the girls are quick and friendly. But, this last time I got a bunch of floaties in my redbull drink. I’m hoping they’re just coffee grounds but still not what I’d like in my drink
