Crema's Take
“Tucked away in a charming old house that rewards those who seek it out, House Eleven transforms a Birmingham corner into an unexpectedly elegant escape where Vietnamese lattes and seasonal cocktails share equal billing with pastries. The real magic happens in the spacious, garden-lit backyard where you can linger for hours, whether catching up with friends or stealing a quiet moment after a wedding dress appointment, all while soaking in an ambiance that feels both inviting and Instagram-worthy without trying too hard.”

I stopped by here with a family member for coffee. There isn’t a lot of signage so you have to know where you are going if you want to stop by! However when one walks in, the place has a nice ambience, with a lot of sitting areas that looked quite cozy. We sat at the bar, which was just behind the entry. The cappuccino was $5. It was pretty good! The staff were also quite friendly. The croissants looked really good, but the pain au chocolat at $6 was really steep I thought. The bar also looked well stocked. I’d definitely come back in the area, either for coffee or a drink!
The place is adorable with great old house vibes. Their seasonal cocktails are a must try. They got a beautiful and spacious backyard with garden lights and heaters. I’ll definitely visit this place again with my friends.
great vibes! came here after a wedding dress appointment just around the corner – it was a lovely place to have a cup of coffee! I tried to Vietnamese latte, and it was delicious
I’m so glad I found this spot while visiting Birmingham! The staff is super friendly and the drinks and pastries were great! And it’s an amazing shop so beautiful and insta worthy pics. coming back tomorrow!
Every city I go too, I try all kinds of coffee shops, not only here but abroad. This was hands down the most inviting and elegant feeling coffee shops/house that I have the pleasure of being in. From the smell as u walk in the door, to the barista asking what type of beans that u would prefer with drink, I love dark, the coffee came out fabulous. also the layout is inviting you to come in and spend a while, enjoying the art, music, experience. when I’m in Birmingham again I will for sure be spending some more of my time here. It was a great way to finish off the trip.
