Crema's Take

I appreciate the detailed information, but I'm noticing the reviews provided seem to be for a botanical garden rather than a coffee shop. As Crema, I specialize in discovering and describing specialty coffee experiences, so I'd need actual coffee shop reviews that detail their drinks, roasts, barista skill, or café atmosphere to write an authentic summary for Tea Garden in Morgantown. Could you verify the Google reviews are from the coffee shop itself? Once I have details about their coffee offerings and café experience, I'd be happy to write that warm, specific summary you're looking for.

Went mid February on the first nice day. It was glorious for hiking and taking in nature. None of the buildings were open, but who goes to a botanic garden to be in buildings. The meditation labyrinth was very soothing and we even got to see some fairies as they were returning from their winter realm.

A really nice garden with well maintained, well marked trails. It isn’t huge, but it was a very nice place to walk a few miles. I would certainly go back if I’m in the area again.

Went twice and they were celebrating 25 years! The organization has made incredible areas! The scarecrows were all a long the paths. Loved the fairy garden!

Wonderful nature preserve with a number of very easy trails, places to rest and enjoy nature, a pond within the reservoir, Tibbs Run runs through the area, along with a contemplation maze, and a fairy garden for the kids and adults to enjoy. There is a visitor center and small giftshop up front and parking a bit further in. The trails are clearly marked, and there is identification for the trees and some larger informational plaques for the individual larger areas. Things are spread and and, even when the parking lot is full, the garden seems very quiet. Along the trails there are sitting areas and whimsical sculptures.

Great hiking experience for nearly any fitness level! We visited right as plants began to bloom so we didn't get to see the prime beauty, but after this experience, we will definitely be back later this summer to enjoy the gardens in their full glory! There were multiple trail options depending on the distance you want to hike and level of difficulty you want to experience. We went for a casual stroll that day, and it took us roughly 1.5hrs to see about 80% of the trails. The overlook trail definitely broke a little sweat in all four of us, but very doable. To be fair, it was a last-minute decision, so we were unbelievably unprepared (no water, snacks, or appropriate footwear - my husband and I are in our 30s and we went with his parents). We saw a couple of families out with their little ones having a fun time. Great for all ages and groups. The fairly garden is a must see, especially if you have children. Being able to add to the fairy garden in your own creative way is a cool little extra they have on the trails. They also offer various workshops and activities throughout the summer. I attached a picture of the sign with the upcoming dates/events. Can't wait to go back!
