Crema's Take

The Sour is a buzzing neighborhood gem that's equally brilliant for a quick pastry grab or a lingering sit-down breakfast, with genuinely excellent sourdough-forward baking that keeps customers coming back for cinnamon rolls, almond croissants, and crusty loaves. The space itself has that warm, lived-in cafe feel that works whether you're a local meeting a friend or a road-tripper stumbling in on a whim, and the kitchen clearly takes pride in both their pastries and more substantial offerings like their turkey and pesto sandwich and ham and Gruyère croissants.

What to expect

Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit, quick-grab spot, good for meetings. Pastries and light food on the menu.

Complete sourdough bakery…Got a loaf of cinnamon chip sourdough bread, couple donuts, chocolate chip cookie, salmon toast, quiche Lorraine, and a cortado. Loved it all 🥰

Great sourdough products here. The standard sourdough loaf was really good. The morning bun and the sugar coated donuts are excellent. It was crowded on a Saturday morning but the line moved quickly and the staff were awesome! I would absolutely come back.

The breakfast we had Friday morning was delicious, however the service was pretty disappointing. When I got my food, there were no forks left. Instead of bothering the busy counter staff, I decided to ask the young lady who brought my wife's toasted breakfast instead. Her…

This spot is buzzing with customers, and is a really nice cafe space. I'm visiting out of town, and my sister recommended this spot. My partner and I got a loaf of sourdough bread and shared a breakfast bun. It was topped with ham and cheese and had a large egg baked inside. It…
