Love this place, walking around downtown Lincoln, the only coffee store in a bank building. Highlight: the coffee is from what I helped to become certified supplier to a wholesale store. Support our rural small business by drinking this coffee.

Have been coming here for a little over a year now. Everytime I visit I am greeted by incredible staff, who offer an excellent customer service experience. Great coffee, great food. Could not ask for a better spot for my coffee breaks.

I like the coffee but avoid going here at all costs due to the managers HORRIBLE attitude. She is so rude. She makes you feel like you are an idiot and inconveniencing her every time you go there. I work in the building. People on my floor say the same thing about her. They also hate going here because of her. I see other reviews about her horrible attitude. Its not acceptable. We are sad Starbucks closed. If we saw her working we would just go to Starbucks instead. I don't like writing reviews. I have put up with this since they opened and haven't wrote a review. But today when she laughed at me and talked to me like I was a 2 yr old because I said my coffee (the same one I get every time I go there) didn't look like it has in the past. I have had enough and needed to say something. This can not keep happening. Its been like this since opening day. I would go there way more if it weren't for her. I know my co workers would too. Its to bad there are people like this in customer service jobs.

I love Stories Coffee- Their seasonal drinks are my favorite, so I always have to try out the new menu when it comes out. Holiday drinks are the best! The breakfast sandwiches are also delicious. Despite being in a bank lobby, the vibe is cute and there is plenty of room to sit and study if you're a student or need to have a small work meeting.

Glad they now have a Lincoln presence! Ordered a maple pecan latte off their new fall menu. Yummy, as expected. I always appreciate how consistent their drinks are. This Lincoln location is in the heart of downtown, which makes parking a bit of a pain, but the space is absolutely gorgeous and worth a visit (or more)! ☕
