Cafe Mata

It’s so nice to find an all-vegan coffee shop in Wilmington! My husband and I came in to try the cookies & cream latte and matcha latte with sakura and both were delicious! They truly were a nice treat on a Saturday afternoon. This spot was super busy on a Saturday but it was well worth a short wait to get our drinks. This cafe shares the space with a yoga studio and pottery shop and is very cozy with a ton of plants around the entire space. I’m very excited to come back!

Plenty of matcha choices for matcha lovers. Ordered an ube matcha and it was the best matcha I've had in a while. Very neat and beautiful inside with tables and they also have an outside patio. They offer free wifi and it's a great place to study while sipping on your drink!

Super chic and modern cafe with tables inside and tables outside on a patio, the place is a mix of natural and contemporary. They have lots of healthy options and unique drinks. I ended up getting the dark caramel latte, it was very delicious but really sweet. A lot of the drinks are very sweet but we also tried the chai and it was delicious.

My favorite coffee shop in all of Wilmington hands down. Everyone is so kind and pleasant every time I come in. They always know what I like. I love how it’s plant based so I don’t have to worry about milk at all! They also have delicious pastries with gluten free options. The atmosphere is filled with plants which is enchanting. You’ll find me there weekly! There is also a yoga studio which is absolutely great for those who love yoga! Great way to get a drink afterwards. There’s also been a new addition to the space which is a pottery studio and an adorable shop as well. Go check it out if you haven’t been there yet!

Cafe Mata is a beautiful cafe experience. The atmosphere is very high vibration in an architecturally artisan space that is surrounded by just the right vibes… the cafe itself, a yoga studio, and pottery studio. There is ample parking upon arrival and the building is pure art. The cafe is very modern, comfortable, and welcoming. There is a great counter ordering space that is sleek, clean, and modern. The baristas are very helpful and skillful. My wife had the “Midnight Dream” and I had the special “The Third Eye”. The barista was very accommodating to all requests and the coffees were really GOOD. Exquisite cafe and great seating area.
