Greenbriar Cafe & Coffeehouse

Crema's Take
“Greenbriar is a beloved campus gathering spot where the real magic happens at the breakfast counter—their Brunswick bagel and breakfast burrito inspire genuinely passionate loyalty, with regulars planning their days around these standout items. Beyond the exceptional food, they've cultivated a relaxed, inviting atmosphere that keeps people coming back to linger over specialty drinks and lattes, though consistency can be hit-or-miss with the coffee itself. It's the kind of place where you feel like you've discovered a local secret, even if you're just a student seeking refuge between classes.”

I love this place, definitely my favorite coffee shop on campus. They always have new fun drinks. My favorite thing here is the Brunswick bagel. I just wished they had indoor seating and were open more often, but still love it! The people running the place are very kind as well.
Best breakfast burrito, maybe even best burrito in the city period. I plan my day around getting that thing and have startled people with how passionately I talk about it. Live Love Greenbriar
We we're excited to try this place since their reviews were so excellent. I truly hope we just went there on a bad day. The food was okay, but nothing to rave about. The coffee... we threw it out. It was sour and tasted old.
Excellent breakfast and latte! Sad to see passersby with chain coffee, missing out on this gem. The bacon, egg, and cheese on sourdough was perfect, and the lightly sweetened specialty iced latte was great too. The day we came there was only ordering at the door with seating outside, but that was perfect.
It really is one of those places that you can just go in and relax. I dont think I have said anything about this place since the pandemic hit. They have reopened recently with a kiosk like take out service. No cash is exchanged and everyone is wearing masks. They have even set up a tent to give patrons a place to wait that is relatively comfortable while keeping socially distant. Yes they will turn you away if you don't have a mask, and no they won't take cash. They are still kicking out great good and drink on their limited menu so don't hesitate to give them a try!
