New favorite!! We went today for the first time, and it was so good! We loved the lemon berry scone, iced coffees and hot coffee. The girl who took our drive thru order was so nice and helpful. Love this place!
The nicest staff and such pleasant service! The Ham Quiche Pie 🥧 was delicious, the tea and coffee here are also very tasty. They have an excellent selection of coffee and delicious tea mixes. I highly recommend this cafe!
I visited Confident Coffee Roasters last month - this review is long overdue! The gal that took our order was so kind and personable. I was wearing a sweatshirt that had Red River, NM on it and she said, “my husband and his family love Red River!” I pointed to my husband next to me and said, “mine does too?!” It was a really cool moment for me to sort of connect with her about that. I really, really wish that I remember what I ordered, but I don’t. I did enjoy the coffee though!! The atmosphere was 10/10. I love the mural. Seating for all groups of all sizes! I would highly recommend!
So happy to finally have a neighborhood coffee shop in Johnson. The owner, Amber, is amazing and her coffee is excellent. All the workers have been courteous. They also have a great yogurt bowl with fresh fruit and honey that is a generous portion for price point. I haven't tried the other breakfast options yet, but it looks like some healthy oatmeals and local pastries and goodies from a local bakery. Love the bathroom and design in the shop.
