Youebe Cafe
3500 14th St NW, Washington, DC
Crema's Take
“Youebe Cafe is a light-filled, cozy spot in DC where you'll find genuinely impressive creative drinks like strawberry yuzu lemonade alongside surprisingly excellent savory options like chicken shwarma and wraps—this isn't your typical coffee shop pigeonholing itself into one lane. The staff's warmth and welcoming energy make it an equally great choice whether you're settling in solo with a slow pour-over, gathering the family for a leisurely brunch, or meeting friends over their signature matcha creations and house-made pastries like their standout blueberry muffins.”

The café is very aesthetic, looks really beautiful and is cozy and tidy. The staff is friendly and they have a variety of food options. I had their oatmeal & quinoa bowl, which I personally didn’t like, but that’s my preference. Their matcha on the other hand was good. I will definitely go there again and try other breakfast options🍵✨
10/10, honestly so impressed. That chicken wrap was wow!! I didn’t expect it to be that good because I’m not familiar with this type of cuisine, however it was just so flavorful. They are also one of the few places in dc that are actually affordable too. Amazing matcha, and delicious carrot cake.
I visited this past Sunday with my family. The food overall was tasty and the blueberry muffin was especially good. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The only downside was the açaí bowl—it was still frozen solid and too icy, as if it hadn’t fully thawed. It would have been much better if it had been softer and melt-in-your-mouth.
A wonderful coffee shop! The tiramisu was absolutely delicious — perfectly balanced sweetness with a lovely hint of green tea flavor. The coffee was good, not extraordinary, but definitely enjoyable. Thank you for the experience!
We ordered a chicken shwarma and strawberry yuzu lemonade yesterday. Outstanding! Their drinks are so refreshing and concentrated, so you can let the ice melt 👍. The shwarma took a few minutes because they cooked it fresh. We're here for two more days, and I plan on returning this evening and our last day, to try breakfast. Being away from home, one of my priorities is to find a spot that will satisfy everyone that is freshly prepared and not too expensive. Do yourself a favor and stop by!
