Funny Library Coffee Shop

One of the worst café experiences I’ve ever had. I started by ordering a double cappuccino and the server actually raised an eyebrow at the order. Then I ordered a croissant and only received that, because apparently they thought I had ordered just the croissant. So I ordered again: a small cappuccino with a double shot. What I received instead was a double espresso. When I asked about it, the barista said they “don’t have a way to froth milk” and that they thought I meant espresso. At a café. That supposedly serves cappuccino. When I asked for a refund, I was told there was no manager available and that when one eventually comes in they would issue a refund that could take 3–5 days to process. Rude staff, zero accountability, and basic coffee orders apparently impossible to make. If you’re looking for a normal morning coffee, avoid this place.

Not a large menu selection but they do have the essential items. I'm not a coffee drinker so I'm glad they had alternatives like hot chocolate. Cool environment and atmosphere inside Virgin Hotels as well.

Ordered a large cappuccino to go—super tasty. The seating area is cozy, and the place has a great design and vibe.

Very cute place. Very good customer service and very hood drinks. We tried a few things but of course I went with my go to. Vanilla Chai Oatmilk Latte the Madeline’s are very fresh, so are the danishes. Will definitely return
