Paris Banh Mi Cafe

Food was great, and plentiful, will be back to try the corn dogs for sure. The sandwhiches were fresh tasting and large, we gor there just as it was getting busy and it seemed like a great community. They have vegan options as well which is great!

I order from here on Doordash and the food is consistently good- I moved to Colorado from FL and missed Paris Bahn Mi. I was so happy to see Paris Banh Mi has a location in Colorado. I've ordered several times, food us really delicious and great portions + fair prices, the veggie soybean curd option is amazing (I'm plant based). I've had several Bahn Mi's from all over the Denver area and I keep coming back to this one. Makes me feel a little less homesick when I'm craving my favorite sandwich. I ordered the classic B2. grilled pork banh mi and a winter melon tea. Both were incredible flavorful and portioned well. I got this to go, and it traveled well too!!

Oh my gosh, this place is so so good! I’ve never had a Banh Mi sandwich before but I can tell you right now, I’m hooked! I tried their teriyaki chicken without jalepenos and i 100% thought I’d walk out with leftover and didn’t. I finished that big sandwich because despite all the fillings and bread, it also felt super light…in my stomach 😂 I also tried the winter melon milk tea with mango popping boba: 8/10 Crème brûlée cheesecake: 9/10 Red velvet cheesecake: 8/10 Peach green tea with popping boba: 8/10 And everything was so good, the staff was so kind, and the place was so chill (we ended up staying almost 5 hours) that I spaced taking pictures 🤦‍♀️

Chao How have I not known about this place? My client is learning Vietnamese and thus so am I and she told me about this place. The owner was so nice to us to let us practice as we ordered I tried the banh mi Paris, pate choud , mango guava cheesecake and elderberry croissant. What a treat!!! It’s a lovely mix of flavors and cultures. I can’t wait to come back to try more including their extensive drink menu. If you love Parisian and Vietnamese cuisine this place won’t disappoint. They even had Korean options. Or just stop by just for the drinks and bakery. J’aime! Cam on!
