Machines are seldom restocked, change runs out so you don't get change, money is never refunded. They are a joke. 2 years later still poor customer service, I do not recommend wish my company would get a new vendor

One of the worst vending companies out there. Half of the machines don’t give change back the one at mercy hospital in Oklahoma City especially is broken and they don’t care. In it just for the money employees can care less about customer service. I would have rated it a 0 if I could. Hope they lose all contracts.

Consistent terrible experience with their machines and customer service. Machines constantly Rob you, card readers rarely work, machines are usually our of stock and if you email them to get a refund when the machine charges your card then doesn't give you a drink they will respond a week or two later hoping it goes to spam or you've forgotten about it. Avoid their machines at all cost.
