California Coffee Collective
, Santa Paula, CA
Crema's Take
“California Coffee Collective isn't just a coffee shop—it's a working farm and educational destination where owner Lisa warmly guides visitors through coffee cherry tastings, hayrides across the property, and cuppings that reveal the story behind each bean grown right on the land alongside lemons, avocados, and oranges. The experience-first approach, combined with genuinely knowledgeable hospitality and multi-generational family history, transforms a simple coffee visit into something memorable that connects city visitors to the agricultural roots of specialty coffee.”

My husband and I did a cupping this weekend and it was fascinating. We enjoyed seeing where the coffee was grown and then tasting different beans and different styles of roasting. Highly recommend!
Took a farm tour and got to taste the coffee cherries right off the trees! Lisa is a fantastic tour guide and shares the history of her farm family going back multiple generations. So much information on coffee growing in California and multiple uses for the coffee cherries. What beautiful plants they are. Well worth the trip to Santa Paula!
This was one of the best tours I have taken. Lisa was so knowledgeable and informative!! The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. We went on a hayride up to the big house and there we sat under a beautiful tree and heard the family story and then went up to the coffee farm. We tasted the outer shell of the coffee cherry and admired all the coffee bushes and the beautiful landscape. I would definitely recommend this tour!!😊
This is an orchard+coffee plantation. They grow lemons, avocados, oranges, & coffee. Lisa, the owner & tour guide is well-informed, pretty, & friendly. She can help you learn a lot about the history of coffee in California. Her family has been in agriculture for 100+ years. I enjoyed the tour of the coffee plantation and I plan to return for other coffee-related events to the Rancho Filoso, which is, at present, the orchards official name.
My dear friend Lisa tate (who we been freinds for over 20 years-going to same college), and her family owns this place. Its a nice place for city slicker such as myself to get an appreciation of not only cofee but agriculture itself. This place is really peaceful. You can see nature and here birds chirping. Its good place to visit whether you are single, married, old, with kids. Its good place to create good memories with your family Talk to lisa, her husband, and family are amazing people Go to my friend place,go to close by Ventura agriculture museum If you are interested california coffee, buying coffee plants, having california coffee, having a unique cofee tourism expierence check out this place. I promise you wont regret it After words you can go shopping at nearby camarillo outlet, hang out the beaches in ventura and san barbarba county
