Fantastic service, excellent selection. Staff were very kind. They gave space to browse but were always available and happy to answer any questions I had. Even a nice amount of tea ware. Ive been enjoying the teas for a few days now. Very nice.

I had a fantastic experience shopping here for the first time, especially as someone who doesn't drink much tea! I was shopping for a friend and came in with very limited knowledge, and left with two blends that I'm confident will knock their socks off! I don't remember the name of the staff member who helped me, but she gave me a clear rundown of how the tea was organized, ideas where to start, and even brought me to the sale items first! What a charming store with a well curated selection of teas and accessories! Their hot Chai is delish and a nice way to make the visit to the store more fun. I get the teas as a present for my granddaughter, who lives overseas, and she loves them! The staff is very helpful and prompt. I purchased the teas o er the phone and they were all prepared when I picked them up. I’ll be back!
