Pros: The coffee is delicious. The barista knows what he’s doing in that area. Cons: The barista was nice, but very quiet. He was playing some ambient music so I felt like I was being poisoned and needed to buy the antidote from him. The menu board is a list of items without any pricing. They had a couple of pastries and bagels but had to explain what they were and how you could get them served. That’s the least appealing way to sell food. They need to learn the importance of signage. The place was somehow very clean and very messy at the same time. They had a disassembled espresso machine on the main counter. The merchandise shelving (pots, coffee, scales, etc.) had no signage, with the exception of some Xmas decor (it’s mid-Feb). Overall: great place to buy coffee and leave. It’s not a hangout spot, and I didn’t feel like I wanted to engage or be engaged by a knowledgeable coffee professional. They have nice stuff in there to buy, I just didn’t feel interested in knowing more. I don’t have a lot of hope for this place, but maybe they can turn it around.

Just got the one of best matcha lattes I've ever had, including the ones I've had in Japan. Matcha was hand mixed with water at exactly the right temperature before being added to the drink. I had ordered honey because most matcha I've had in the US isn't made right and comes out bitter. Not the case with this drink, it was so carefully made that there was no trace of bitterness, in fact there was a delicate natural sweetness. An incredible drink! Next time I will get without sweetener.

I ordered a Caramel Cappuccino and it was absolutely divine! The temperature was perfect. I delicious foamy treat on my cool morning to give me the kick I needed to get my morning started!

Bradley is very good at his job. He's turned out to be an absolute gentleman and a true barista. Always welcomed. Great, great coffee. You cannot get a better coffee in that area.
