Great milkshakes! Fair prices. 7.5 out of 10. Some parking outside.

Popped in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Got it as a combo on the menu. It was so good! We especially liked the coffee leche so we returned later that afternoon for more coffee. This time I got sugar in it. The server behind the counter was so nice (patient)and explained to me how to order this specific drink again. I will be back!

Needed a cool treat on a hot day, popped into Courthouse Deli to grab something sweet. Their selection was very good, and I was upset that I didn’t come into the store sooner for their breakfast options. We were helped by a young man who was pleasant, friendly and polite. There was a larger group that came into the store sooner after my family, a bunch of kids that were unreasonably. The employee who was working by himself truly handle the rush like a seasoned. The items we got were delicious, and made to order. Will definitely be back!

I got a double chocolate milkshake and boy, even the medium was large. It was a standard chocolate milkshake with bits and pieces of dark chocolate mixed in. It was very delicious. Pricing was okay at about nine dollars for the medium. My only complaint (I’m being very picky here) is that service took about 5 to 10 minutes because there was only one staff member working at the time that I went, and the place was not the cleanest. Also, there is very limited seating inside, but as long as it is warm, (always is) there should be plenty of seating outside. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my drink before I drank it, but I did include a picture of what the cup looks like afterwards (medium size). I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I would recommend this place if you are in Key West. Come see for yourself!

This review is focused on their Sandwiches. Holy banana, they are delicious!!! We tried the Cuban Mix sandwich and the turkey avocado and it honestly was not expected how good they were. At that point we were wondering and hungry and came across this place and it was awesome! I know they are known for their frozen custard, but don't sleep on their Sandwiches! For us, the best in the area!!! I highly recommend it 🔥🔥🔥
