By far the best Gelato I've had! You can tell the owner puts a lot of love into this place and the food he serves! Him and the manager are both so welcoming! Great experience for my children and I!

This is the ultimate destination for gelato, espresso, and affogato lovers in the heart of Charleston! The ambiance here is simply fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s a must visit spot in Charleston! :)

My family loves Caffe Romeo! We love Mario and Belva, they’re some of the sweetest, most supportive people I’ve ever crossed paths with. The gelato here is authentic, and better than most gelato places I’ve tried in bigger cities. The new location is nice and big, hope it will continue to be a part of core memories for me

Such a lovely experience! The best gelato and warm atmosphere, stop by the new location for a salted caramel or stracciatella gelato or an affogato. Mario and Belva are both so friendly and kind. Cafe Romeo has that tight knit community vibe!

Our baby girl had her first strawberry ice cream cone here! She loved it & we loved ours too. I got the latte flavor and salty caramel. It was so flavorful and creamy. I also tried the Latte as well, so good! Our boys got birthday cake (the blue one) they didn’t leave anything behind. Owner was super friendly and very helpful. We really loved this old house and the character it has, you even have a place to sit outside. You won’t be disappointed, lots of flavors to choose from, coffee and nice place to hang out.
