Whenever you are in Little Saigon/ID, do yourself a favor and grab a matcha latte at Phin 🍵 (with black sesame, trust me). Bao is friendly and crafts these drinks with care. It was the perfect temperature and sweetness. If you know me, you know I love matcha: this is the best one I've ever had! The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is chic and cozy, and I will definitely be back again soon :)

Literally the best pandan waffle. I've tried many. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, surprisingly light. Always made fresh to order. Favorite drinks are the Isabel (not always available?), salted lime soda, salt cream coffee, and yogurt coffee. No upcharge for their house-made condensed oat milk. And the owner's really down-to-earth and kind.

I'm a huge fan of vietnamese robusta coffee and this place has the best Black sesame coffee in Seattle!! Their Vietnamese waffle was great too!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Phin is a hidden gem among coffee giants. The dairy free pandan latte quite honestly was one of the best I’ve ever had, both rich in flavor and the perfect punch of espresso you want on a Monday morning. The shop is cozy and calm, great for getting some work done. Wishing I was a local so I could come here more often! 💚

I went in to get an Iced Vietnamese Coffee. It was delicious, not too sweet and the coffee was perfect. They had some gifts and such for sale including this amazing looking waffle mix. I stayed for a little bit and enjoyed the peaceful space for a while. I went early on a Sunday and was the only customer I'm sure it gets busier later in the day.
