I’ve been to Cafe Bonjour twice now, and while there is usually a 30+ minute wait, it is always worth it. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you get! The cafe is small and can get quite loud since the tables are close together and it’s always packed, but it’s a whole vibe. I love sitting at the coffee bar and watching the grill; there’s something so satisfying about seeing your food being cooked while you sip coffee and chat. The servers are incredibly quick and friendly despite how busy they are. I always recommend this spot to my friends and family!
I had brunch at Café Bonjour, and it was a total delight. The scrambled eggs, black tea, and croissant were prepared fresh right in front of me: great quality and plenty of it! The staff were on point, and even though it was busy, I didn’t wait at all. Definitely recommend for brunch or any meal!
Hole in the wall, food and service were excellent. Our waiter was very attentive.Definitely worth a try when in Boston. I ordered the keto omelet and the macchiato coffee and Nutella crepes. Sooo good!!! My friend got the steak and eggs. Everything was amazing 10/10!
Café Bonjour is an absolute gem in downtown Boston. From the moment you walk in, the warm, inviting atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The food is consistently fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. Their breakfast and brunch options are outstanding—perfectly cooked eggs, flavorful bowls, fresh fruit, and pastries that taste like they came straight out of a Parisian bakery. The coffee is rich, smooth, and always brewed to perfection. Service is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, even when the café gets busy. Everything feels thoughtfully prepared with quality ingredients, and the portions are generous without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy a slow morning, or grab something delicious on the go. Café Bonjour is easily one of the best cafés in the area, and it’s the spot I recommend to anyone looking for great food, great energy, and consistently great experience in the heart of the city.
My husband and I were in town for the weekend and I am so happy we came across Cafe Bonjour. There was a wait outside , it seems it’s only for big parties as we got seated within 10min of arriving. The food was so amazing, we returned the next morning for more. The scrambled eggs were cooked with caramelized onions and scallions, when I took a bite I immediately had a flash back to my Colombian grandmas eggs and how she used to make them for me when I was little. So yummy. Their service is super efficient , we were in and out within 1 hr or less. If you’re looking for a tasty and cozy breakfast place, we def recommend this cafe. 10/10
