Where do I begin? This place was my lifeline for the past 60 days. We had a child in the children’s of Mississippi hospital, and every morning they were open I would stop by and order a drip coffee and a pastry. The pastries are top tier, better than I’ve had in some renowned places. Guillermo is a true artist in every sense of the word, and it comes through in his pastries, as well as anything else he creates! Tessa is always smiling, helpful and invested. The whole team is amazing and supportive. Much love.

We love Just Vanilla Bakes! Truly some of the best croissants and bakes goods I have ever had. We were also recently able to have them cater an event for work. The team was so easy to work with to build a breakfast bar that would work well for our event, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious, as per usual. Would highly recommend for a nice treat or any catering needs!

The croissants are DELICIOUS. Not to mention the cookies, the brioche buns, and the chocolates! Beautifully baked cookies and treats. The staff is very helpful, sweet, and always friendly. Everything is made in-house and they do such a great job! Awesome atmosphere in a little hideaway building.
