I am staying at the regency which has a Starbucks inside but I still walk here every morning because the coffee is great and the generations owned shop is charming, clearly a local fav. The egg croissant was also delish!

This was a nice little coffee shop off Olive Avenue. The places, narrow and long and there’s an area where you can sit on one side. They offer some pastries and Saunt sandwiches to go with a wide variety of coffees and drinks. The place is nice and clean and the staff is good.…
