This was the only place that accepted walk-in’s for fingerprinting in Cincinnati. They were very welcoming, professional, and efficient start to finish. I highly recommend coming here if you need fingerprinting or background checks!

I’ve had multiple BCI/FBI background checks completed here with employees. They are friendly and take good care of their facilities. I highly recommend this location for any services they provide.

This was the worst experience ive ever had at a temp service.i interviewed with the expectation that i was scheduled for orientation ti start a job at the duke convention center setting up for events. The orientation was because that specific job has such a high turnover rate that they have to have dozens of people sit thru the orientation to be on standby because the job was so crappy! He was incredibly rude to everyone at orientation and at the end i found out i wasnt even going to that job until enough people quit and they call me to go in. These folks care about protecting their interests not yours. Zero stars and i DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE go thru this company. Keep your dignity

Eastern has given me a chance to broaden my horizon and learn sustainable skills. I would recommend any one who is need of a new job to come here! Very grateful for the job I was placed in.

DO NOT INTERVIEW WITH THIS COMPANY. Their recruiters are very unprofessional & disrespectful. First round interview was on zoom, lasted 10 minutes with no interview structure. The only two questions I were asked were "Tell me about yourself" and "How many days is acceptable to be late/miss in your first 30 days". First interviewer was unable to answer any of my questions about the position and did not mention it was temp to hire until the end of the conversation. I accepted a second round interview. However, day of interview, had to remind recruiter that I had an interview and a link had not been sent. Waited 30 minutes for response before they finally admitted that they had "an oversight" and had forgot about my interview. Still asked me to interview almost an hour past my allotted time slot. Never asking if I needed to reschedule due to their mistake until I called them out on it. This lack of respect for interviewees time does not bode well for the company culture. Everything about this place seems very scammy.
