7 Brew is my go-to! I love their coffee & always get excellent recommendations from coworkers - and they never disappoint! Lately my drinks have been hit or miss , even though I got an excellent deal today. I just wish my drinks were perfect ( I was so excited to try this new drink from there but it didn’t look like the picture). Also another thing is corporate PLEASE change your drink sizes back “ YOUR BECOMING LIKE STARBUCKS “. This is the drink I expected but this is what I got. I take pictures of all my good & bad drinks but it’s whatever.

Today 1/10 My friends and I went to the 7 brew on Woodruff Rd. It’s about a 30 minute drive from where we live. Whenever we go every one that works there is extremely friendly and understanding. Today was not what we expected. We pull up and get ready to order. All 4 of us had separate orders. In the past that has never been a problem. Well today the worker that took our order was adamant that you could only do 2 separate orders. But we had 4 people. She wasn’t explaining the situation in a nice understandable way she was being EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. She told my friends and I that the only way for us to order was to send each other the money or to get 2 drinks and go thru the drive thru again. I’m sorry but we are not going thru the drive thru twice… especially if you know how 7brew lines are. We couldn’t send each other money bc we all had the money on different things and different ways to pay. So she took 2 orders. I said well can someone else bring a iPad and take the other girls order and she said no. After she walked away another girl came to my car and said that they can take more than 2 orders and took the other girls orders. She walked away and went up to the other girl and proceeded to start laughing. I don’t mind the not being able to take only 2 orders but it’s how she came off to me. I just have always been so pleased with the service and today was definitely the last time I will go to that 7brew.

First time here and the guy taking my order made it simple. Long line but went pretty fast. I got a medium iced vanilla latte and was surprised at how big their medium drink cup was, albeit had alot of ice. Would definitely come again, conveniently located place, I woukd just tell them light on the ice next go around. Tasted good tho. Much needed.

Usually one of my go to coffee spots, because they have great coffee. However a few weeks ago I got a coffee and while drinking it I noticed a bug in my cup, I was already too far from 7 brew to turn around and go back. I have tried to reach out to them about this and got an auto response saying that someone would follow up with me, and no one ever got back with me… very disappointing.
