Crema's Take

Waters Cafe pulses with infectious, funky energy and a kaleidoscope of bright, eclectic decor that locals keep coming back for—it's the kind of place where the vibe alone makes you want to linger over your laptop. The coffee can be hit-or-miss (that salted caramel has a reputation), but the genuinely friendly staff and consistent traffic of neighborhood regulars suggest there's real community magic happening here. It's a colorful escape in Savannah where atmosphere trumps perfection, and that seems to be exactly what keeps people returning.

I have very mixed reviews about this Cafe. Atmosphere; absolutely funky and bright! 5 stars easily! Food; I really think my waffles were frozen eggos and the "banana" was portioned for a child . My husband and sons sandwiches looked "ok" ; cheeses wasn't melted and it was put together; or more like slapped together very sloppy! But my biggest issue by far; my pregnant Daughter in law and my 2 yr old granddaughters order never appeared ; until my son had to approach the staff member that passed right in front of the table several times and not once did the Manager that was right at our elbow ask us if everything was okay. My granddaughter repeated several times enough for others to hear" where's my sandwich 😞 Very very poor customer service and not one apology from the staff. Very disappointed and we will not be returning

Their salted caramel coffee was 80% salt and 20% caramel. Their bagels were quite sad and chewy as well. Service was good and it's a cute store. I want to go back to try something else on the menu

I stopped by Waters Cafe the other day and it was actually really nice. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the drinks were pretty decent. The food was good too — nothing to complain about. The vibe in there was super chill, just a good atmosphere overall. I’d go back again, and I’d definitely recommend.

Waters Café is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots in Savannah. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and it’s bright, colorful, and has such a great vibe that made it the perfect place to sit down and read for a while. Everything is reasonably priced, which is always a win. I ordered a double shot of espresso over ice and the fancy grilled cheese, and both were fantastic. The coffee was strong and smooth, and the sandwich was delicious and comforting. On top of that, it’s super close to my house, so I know I’ll be coming back often. Highly recommend this spot whether you’re looking to relax, read, or grab a tasty bite!

Great neighborhood spot. There is steady traffic of locals throughout the day. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The decor is eclectic and colorful. The sandwiches were delicious! We ordered one Fancy Grilled Cheese and The Baby, a classic BLT. I see us become regulars here. Recommended.
