Tandem Coffee & Spirits

I came here with my wife on a two-day business trip. For me, outside of the 8–6 work grind, good drinks are the only real relief. We tried five bars in two days, and this one was easily the best. The atmosphere, drink quality, pricing, and service all deserve top marks. Big shout-out to the owner, Grayfel, and the bartender, Joshua (sorry if I misspelled your names) — both were incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome.

Espresso Martinis were amazing! Substituted the vodka for bourbon and it was awesome 👌🏻

Wow… hard to describe. The owner was loudly and aggressively speaking to the bartender about another employee who he was going to fire due to attendance issues. This banter went on for 10-15 minutes and was inappropriate to have echoing with customers hearing every word. Management 101- keep these conversations quiet and private. Don’t air your dirty laundry with paying customers close by. We literally could not relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The owner ruined it with his incessant ramblings and holding court that he is the boss. The bartender was a nice young man trying to stick up for his fellow employee and the whole thing just got out of hand. I asked the owner if he could try to take it down a notch and lighten the mood for all patrons sake. He did not like it and told us to leave and to close out our tab. He did us a favor. We came to St. Neos - relaxing, pleasant, upscale and high quality food and drinks. Skip tandem spirits if little napoleon is sitting in the back area barking orders. The bartender there was terrific and should find a better place to work.

My one Hinge date wanted to stop by for a bit to grab a quick drink so I obliged. I didn't drink anything, but I can tell she enjoyed her drink quite a bit and I enjoyed the atmosphere and travelers stopping by. I uploaded some pics of Tandem but wasnt able to take a pic of her drink bc she downed it really fast lol. She had a French 75 and I just had some water. There was only one bartender from what I can tell, but she was holding down the fort surprisingly well considering it looked pretty busy. The people were all friendly too. Again, I didn't have a drink. But the prices were reasonable and the drinks look really good. So, I'll let my next date buy me a drink here for sure. Recommend.

Love coming here after work for an Espresso Cloud martini! Josh and Hilary have been my bartenders each time and they’re both fantastic. They make a great martini and are great to talk to at the bar! Would 10/10 recommend coming to try some drinks, can’t tell you about the food, but I’ve never had a complaint, nor have my coworkers with their drinks!
