Customer service at the location is low. The ones that actually are picking your order are great. The difference in front office people is amazingly disappointing. We have ordered for years, likely won’t be back. Webstaurant is 1/3 cheaper and on point. The new procedures for not being able to call to verify an order is ready is no longer an option. Waste of my time and labor the new policies and lack of give a damn for people’s time and money is why we will not return. However I say it again the ones in the back that actually do the work for the customers are fantastic. You don’t deserve them.
