Crema's Take

Stingers Cafe in Boulder strikes that perfect balance between a quick caffeine stop and a lingering destination, with genuinely warm staff who make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Their partnership with Outrageous Baking Company elevates the pastry game, and reviewers consistently rave about both the quality of their coffee and tea and the thoughtful, reasonably-priced food options like their breakfast burritos and chai. It's the kind of neighborhood spot that works equally well for a solo work session or catching up with friends over something that actually tastes good.

I've been to Stinger's Hellems location twice now, once for drinks and a snack, once for lunch and both experiences have been great. Fast, friendly service, love that they carry Outrageous Baking Company pumpkin bread, and the sandwich and salad I had for lunch were fresh and tasty. A great addition new quick and easy food option on campus!

The staff is always so nice and I have yet to try something I didn’t like on the menu!

Four employees and waiting more than 10 minutes now for a black brewed coffee. He just keeps standing at the counter calling out food items that aren’t getting claimed-probably because the people had to abandon their orders because of the insane wait

On the pricier side, but these days what isn’t! The breakfast burrito was tasty, and the chai was delicious, but $15 makes it a treat not a regular purchase. The staff were great though, even brought my food to me as it wasn’t that busy.

The cafe owners and workers are very personable, the food is delicious and not very expensive ($7-10), and the coffee/tea hits the spots and is also not very expensive ($3-7). I come here often and I love it! Their pastries are also lovely! :)
