I usually come to the Bagel Bakery periodically - over the last 30 or so years - and have never had a complaint... but today I am super disappointed. Ever since the guy stopped working the morning shift in Sand City about a month ago, it hasn't been the same. The bagels and cream cheese has always been predicable with plenty of cream cheese. But not anymore, it is just really inconsistent now. Yesterday I got a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and it was perfect. Today I got the same thing, plus an order of a cranberry bagel with honey butter and both were inadequate, to say the least. The honey butter might as well have not been used because of how little there was. Not even enough to moisten the bagel. But the true angst came with the cinnamon raisin bagel. The plentiful cream cheese of the past has been replaced with barely a smear. And today it was accompanied by a hair.

Today August 11th 2023, I decided to try this place for the 1st time!! MARIA helped me with my order, she was so sweet, caring and wonderful person, definitely she made my day. She listened to my order and make sure that everything was correctly made. I ordered the Turkey 🥯 bagel with some modifications and it was the best 🥯 bagel I've ever tried 😋. So yummy, delicious, all ingredients tasted very fresh 😋. I'll highly recommend this place!! Maria made me the best bagel sandwich for me!!! And everyone seems to be very friendly and attentive!!! I'll give 100⭐️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 stars to this Place !!!!

It was a little loud in the restaurant and hard to order. The person couldn't hear me. It was a short wait. They have a drive thru but we went inside. It was very clean. We got breakfast bagels and they were all good and a solid portion.
