Crema's Take

This Tallahassee gem stands out for its creative house-made syrups and inventive specialty drinks that go beyond the usual—think creamsicle coffee with cardamom—while staying grounded in quality espresso fundamentals. The team here, from Raven to Martin to Jason, genuinely cares about making your visit meaningful, whether you're grabbing a carefully crafted drink or settling in for a meeting, and their commitment to local quality extends to partnering with nearby craft breweries and distilleries. It's the kind of place where the baristas actually listen to what you want and surprise you with something you didn't know you needed.

The worker there named Raven was awesome!! They recommended one of the best coffee drinks (creamsicle something and I added cardamom syrup) that I I've ever had. Raven was kind, friendly and very efficient. The bar where I sat was spotless and the place seemed very clean overall. I will definitely come back for this specialty coffee and conversation. Kudos to Ology for being unpretentious, friendly, clean and wonderfully priced as well! And hello to Raven!

Great staff and very good coffee. Special shout out to Martin— you made my day on 9/27. Thank you for showing grace and kindness when I needed it the most. The world needs more people like you. 🙂

We’ve been out of the country for a while. It always amazes me how American establishments don’t know how to make a cappuccino. This place was no different. Muddy dishwater cap. Coffee flavor was good, not burnt or bitter, and service as friendly. They just don’t pay attention to detail. I included a photo of their dishwater brown cup appearance, and then two from different states in Mexico to demonstrate what a cappuccino should look like… at a minimum, a white cap.

Jason, Martin, Nate and all the rest of the Ology Coffee Co team are amazing! Go check out all the interesting options and try something new. They have homemade syrups, unique specialty drinks, and you can add in one of their creme liqueurs. You can't find another coffee experience like it!
