Monkey Nest Coffee

Monkey Nest Coffee is a great spot if you’re looking for a place to settle in with a coffee, get some work done, or simply relax for a while. The space is quite large with plenty of seating, which makes it comfortable whether you’re meeting friends, studying, or spending a few hours working on your laptop. I tried one of their specialty drinks, and it was excellent—well made, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. The coffee menu has a good variety, and they also offer food options if you want something to snack on while you’re there. One thing that makes this place memorable is the fun monkey-themed décor throughout the café. You’ll notice it everywhere, which adds personality and gives the place a unique charm. It almost feels like a little cultural hub where people come to hang out, work, chat, or just enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, Monkey Nest Coffee offers a relaxed vibe, good drinks, and plenty of space to spend time comfortably. A solid coffee spot in Austin that’s definitely worth visiting if you want a laid-back place to unwind.

A very low-key, friendly shop with great seasonal drinks! I will go out of my way to visit when I’m feeling like trying something different than my usual vanilla latte and their revolving specialty coffees/matcha always hit the spot. Not every coffee shop spends the time and effort to craft new, creative options each season/holiday, so I really appreciate Monkey Nest for being one of the few and doing it fabulously 😌

This is one of my most happiest places in the whole world! The workers here are the most friendly and kind people, the coffee is amazing, and the atmosphere is perfect for studying or hanging out with friends. I cannot recommend Monkey Nest enough. You will be so happy you came and will immediately feel like a part of the Monkey Nest family. I highly recommend their Iced Caramel Macchiato, Nutella Banana Bread, and Bacon Avocado Croissant (but you can't go wrong with anything!) Again, this is such a special place and you won't regret coming here!

Today we stopped in and had a cup of coffee and some deli food. We had the Honduras coffee , hummus avo toast and the green goddess sandwich. It was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend stopping in and giving this place a try. The people there are just wonderful and welcoming. We love this place.

There was a random coffee shop in North Austin far away from the rest of our tourist things that has the most exquisite liquid blended espresso chocolate or vanilla shake. This thing is blended for so long, it is a perfect liquid with zero ice pieces that you can drink with a tiny straw. Packed with bold espresso and thick chocolate ice cream, it is the best drink for a drive back to Houston. No one blends like this. Why don't we have this in Houston :( alas.
