My new favorite “local” coffee stop! I was staying in Paradise Park for a solo trip on the island and I came here 3 out of my 5 days I loved it so much! The trailer is super cute, Danni was super kind and most importantly the coffee was super delicious! I love that everything she uses is locally made. And I even love the environmentally friendly cups! I will miss my Hawaii mornings with my mac-nut, oat milk iced latte! Mahalo for fueling my vacation!

I go out of my way to get coffee here because it’s so good. It’s run by Dani who has a flair for excellence. The coffee comes from some of the best farms and roasters on the Big Island and her Hojicha from Japan. If you’re looking for an honest espresso or one of the finest pour overs this is my go to!! I sometimes change lanes and get a mocha or an iced latte which really hits the spot. Again because she sources the highest quality ingredients as well as biodegradable packaging. She has locally made syrups, cakes and cookies so you’re really supporting local, sustainable and high quality from this cute coffee trailer in HPP.

If you want quality coffee beans done justice, this is definitely the place to go. Great coffee coupled with great service for sure. I normally like getting a cold brew and an iced mocha here and they never disappoint. The atmosphere of the trailer is nice and inviting. Definitely worth going to if you like coffee.

I love Pour Over The Rainbow! I’ve been getting lattes from Danni since she had her coffee cart in Hilo. She is the sweetest and has such great customer service! Some of my favorite drinks to get is her Matcha Latte, Hojicha Latte, and the Sampaguita Latte. I highly recommend stopping by her coffee trailer in HPP.

Got a lovely iced matcha with oat milk. The barista was super sweet. It’s so nice to have a place where I can get a good matcha in HPP. Very affordable too ($6 for a matcha, $1 for alternative milk). I can’t wait to go back and try the pastries too. Highly recommend!
